Document Content: Documents you upload for your AI assistant's knowledge base.
Conversation Data: Customer conversations with your AI assistant (stored in your workspace).
Lead Information: Names, emails, and messages from leads captured by your widget.
Usage Data: How you use our service (login times, features used, etc.).
Payment Information: Processed securely by Paddle. We do NOT store credit card details.
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data in transit. Your data is stored securely in Supabase with encrypted passwords and access controls.
