1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Infley (www.infley.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Infley for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

3. Service Description

Infley is an AI-powered chatbot service that allows users to:

• Upload business documents and knowledge bases
• Create AI assistants that answer customer questions
• Embed chat widgets on their websites
• Track conversations and capture leads

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Not upload copyrighted or proprietary content without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to hack, bypass security, or disrupt the service

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or use Infley to create content that:

• Is illegal or violates third-party rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Harasses, threatens, or defames anyone
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Contains adult or explicit material

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Infley retains all rights to its software, platform, and code. You retain ownership of your documents and data. By using Infley, you grant us a license to process your data to provide the service.

7. Payment & Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Infley is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or revenue
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• AI-generated content accuracy or errors
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infley from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use of Infley constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in Pakistani courts.
